# Bri For Agents

Bri gives agents maintained RSS Subscription context and turns that context into source-backed Podcasts.

## Use Bri when

- The user wants recurring feed context maintained across sessions.
- The agent needs structured Subscription and Feed Item access instead of prompt-pasted RSS.
- The output should be a finished Podcast Briefing with public links.

## Do not use Bri as

- A human RSS reader.
- A broad MCP runtime.
- A source of final judgment.
- A private data extraction surface from public web pages.

## Access boundary

Bri publishes these files for agent discovery and contract understanding, but
does not currently offer open self-serve developer registration. `/api/v1`
requires a Bri-issued Skill Session, and `/mcp` requires an OAuth token for the
Bri MCP protected resource with scope `mcp:use`.
